FiberTech Carpet Care customers: Please note that it is in your best interest to let us come out and black light your home to find out exactly where the pet urine spots are.
Too many times we hear of cleaners who come out, treat for urine and then have to be called back because they did not find the exact urine spots. Worse yet, they probably won't care and won't even bother to come back.
A regular cleaning will not work on urine.
